These staffs and canes are custom made to order so that they are personalized to the individual taste. Many of our customers do prefer to simply own one of these unusual beauties that already has all of our love intention built in. Each piece incorporates the use of metals, brass and copper, leather and wood and all of it is made completely by hand including the custom name tags and the custom designs found on the end of our Manzanita canes.
The beauty of Manzanita and the unusual characteristics, the twists, the knots and the colors are only found in this very hard wood. Each piece is carefully harvested at an elevation of 6800 feet on the slopes of Mt. lemon in Tucson, Arizona and the wonder of being guided to the proper wood is always experienced by the artist.
These staffs are made from the core of the ribs of the great Saguaro Cactus found only in the American Southwest. Unbelievably strong they are also very lightweight and beautiful.
